Allan has owned and driven Jeeps for over 37 years. His first Jeep, a red 1967 Commando, was purchasesd in 1974.He then bought a new 1976 CJ7 from Bob's Jeep Sales in McCook, Nebraska. The red CJ7 came equipped with a 304 V8, Turbo 400 auto transmission, and Quadratrac transfer case. A 1973 Jeep J10 pickup was then purchased to pull trailers and peformed various tasks on the farm. Allan's Jeeps in the early years were used for work and very little play. Allan says when Jeepin' you have a lot of dust, mud, or heat. Allan has also owned a 1995 Wrangler YJ and a 1997 Wrangler TJ. He has driven great distances to Chicago, Detroit, and even Quarryville, Pennsylvania to buy and bring back Jeeps.
Allan's Jeep is a proven rock crawler that also serves as his daily driver. The Jeep is tough, capable, and well built for a variety of trail conditions. Allan has a natural ability to pick the best lines, and then negotiate his Jeep through the most challenging rocks. He is the best spotter on any trail and has saved many of our Jeeps from certain damage and us from "rock aggravation". Allan and Corrine contribute much to the club; we are very fortunate to have them as members!

Dave says Jeeping has become their favorite activity. They especially enjoy the Jeep Club and the company of fellow Jeepers. The Black Hills trip is something they both forward to and have a great time! Dave and Linda recently purchased a 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee as a daily driver. Dave does not have any future plans for either Jeep. The Rubicon speaks for itself and Dave built it the way he wanted to. Dave says a Hemi sure would be nice under the hood, but way too expensive to convert. He loves it the way it is!
Dave's Rubicon is a very capable dual purpose Jeep. His Jeep can be driven to the trail, spend quality time in the rocks, and then be diven home. It is the perfect balance of Jeep, Man, and Trail! Dave represents the true spirit of Jeep. It is an honor to have Dave and Linda as friends, club members, and fellow Jeepers!
Keep the Jeep Wave alive!
